When making a call please do so between the hours of 8:30 am and 8 pm.
The best way to try and speak to one of our groomers during the day is to call us on our mobile number. Again, you may be directed to leaving a message as the groomer may well be in the middle of a groom. If asked to do so, please leave a message and the groomer shall endeavour to call you back as soon as possible. (Please note that now and again we maybe in a poor service reception area for the duration of a groom and therefore you may go straight through to our answering service and your missed call will therefore not register on our handsets)
